The majority of school supplies are included in the annual school supplies fee. However, occasionally, the school may require refundable or partly refundable deposits for educational resource materials or other goods it provides to students. IIT Academy provides complete supplies on a regular basis.

The school will, however, ensure that no student is denied an opportunity to participate in educational programs or activities on the basis of financial hardship.

The class teacher will prepare student supply lists and fee schedules.  The school will ensure that a schedule of required supplies, fees and deposits is published prior to the end of the previous school year and is available to students and their parents. Supply lists will be reviewed annually in an effort to minimize the costs to parents.
